What is arbitration?
The process by which the parties to a dispute submit
their differences to the judgment of an impartial person or
group appointed by mutual consent or statutory provision.
What is mediation?
An attempt to bring about a
peaceful settlement or compromise between disputants through the
objective intervention of a neutral party.
Anyone with a dispute can
benefit from mediation or arbitration. It is our belief that any person or business with a dispute can benefit
