The Cost of Mediation

The cost of a mediation session depends upon the amount of time spent in mediation. The rate for mediation sessions is $200 per hour for a two-party mediation, plus a one-time charge for travel of the Mediator outside Gilmer County, and that charge is $75. The charges are divided between the parties at the rate of $100 per hour per party.

Example: a two hour mediation conducted by the Mediator in Gainesville would cost each party the sum of $137.50.
